According to a new survey, 38% of us have LOST SLEEP over the election . . . and another 28% have had a dream or a nightmare about it. That means two-thirds of us have had it affect our sleep in one way or another.
One way you can help yourself is by avoiding politics once you’re in bed. The survey found that people who watched the last debate in bed were 30% more likely to have a sleep issue over the election.
