Professional Wrestler Bryan Danielson, better known to the WWE Universe as Daniel Bryan, announced his retirement via his Twitter account.
Due to medical reasons, effective immediately, I am announcing my retirement. Tonight on Raw, I’ll have a chance to elaborate. #gratitude

After his HUGE WWE World Heavyweight Championship win at WrestleMania 30, Bryan’s life in & out of the ring went on a wild roller coaster ride. He married the woman of his dreams, but was forced to vacate the Title due to injury. He returned to win the WWE Intercontinental Championship at WrestleMania 31, only to vacate that as well due to concussions.
But prior to all of that, it seemed the only direction for Bryan was up and I had the honor of interviewing him several times during that climb to the top. In fact, I’ve interviewed Daniel Bryan more than anyone else, period. Below are those conversations. Enjoy!
INTERVIEW #1: Prior to Sin City Smackdown. Daniel Bryan had just won the World Heavyweight Championship – 1/17/2012.
