Some people think you have to be a “yogi” to be flexible. I hear, “I have no flexibility…or “my body just doesn’t bend like that”…but ANYONE can gain flexibility, it just takes practice and consistency, like muscle building…you don’t just get ’em, you have to work for em! Recently, I had a baby girl (Vivian Monroe), it’s been 3 months now, so for the past month, I have been starting with the basics to get my body back. I have been looking around Vegas for stretch classes, to open my body up to new movement. Since I was young I trained in gymnastics and dance and have continued to pursue classes with fun movement.
There is an awesome flexibility/stretch class for all levels at Shine Alternative Fitness. Today I took with Delphine, and I just love her energy…not to mention, her beautiful french accent..ooh la la!
