The Used Vs Foals
It is apparent that the champions new track “Hands and Faces” has become a song to reckon with from The Used in the Beatdown. The champs ride began last Friday when they took down Bad Religion who were on their 9th night while playing a show at the HOB. Tonight the guys can grab the half way point to the ‘Rock of Fame’ with another victory notch on the belt.
For the second straight night we have a challenger hailing from the UK. Foals bring a killer mix of math rock and indie to the battle ground. They released their debut record ‘Antidotes’ back in 2008, which was a commercial success in England. Tonight they look to follow the footsteps of previous UK acts making the transition to the states with their latest effort “Inhaler” from ‘Holy Fire’. Which will be dropping February 11th.
