Bad Religion Vs New Politics

Crazy to think we already have the inaugural year of the Beatdown already in the books. The guys from Coheed and Cambria took the highest honor, being named Bean’s Beatdown Top Band of 2012.

Tonight, we start the search of more acts to be added to the ‘Rock of Fame’. Before the year wrapped up, Bad Religion was knocking of a bunch of W’s and look for the halfway point to that honor. With night number five in the books with their latest effort “F-You” from their sixteenth disc ‘True North’.

Only problem… New Politics, have other ideas! The rambunctious trio from Denmark, not only provide catchy beat-driven tunes. It also allows for an outlet to just let go and become a strait jacket crazed human. They have supported 30 Seconds to Mars and were also featured on the video game Need For Speed: Hot Pursuit.

Do the challengers have enough to take down the punk legends? Or will it be business as usual for Bad Religion?
