For over a decade he’s been known as the guitarist for the Foo Fighters, backing Dave Grohl in that band’s successful bid for (rock) world domination. With the Foos taking a year off Chris Shiflett is hitting the road with his own band the Dead Peasants. This week they release a self-titled album that has been widely praised in early reviews.
